Meditation Monday: 5 Minute Heart Chakra Meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and has been proven to have numerous benefits. Taking just five minutes a day to meditate can help bring you back to balance and improve your mental state. 

 

Do yourself a favor and take just .3% of your day to do something for YOU! Make meditation a part of your daily routine and be amazed with the results.

 

This is one of my favorite guided meditations. I always feel relaxed and renewed when I do this one. Enjoy!
