A NATURAL APPROACH TO HEALING

Each of the seven chakras corresponds to massive nerve centers and major organs as well as our spiritual and psychological states of being. In a chakra healing session, we use Reiki, crystals, essential oils, and intuitive counseling to realign the chakras, remove blockages, and encourage energetic balance. We also have a full line of tea blends to correspond with the individual chakras.

Root Chakra: Responsible for making us feel grounded both emotionally and physically.

Imbalances: Issues can occur in the legs, feet, rectum and with the immune system. Depression, anger or feelings of being all over the place can also occur.

Sacral Chakra: Responsible for our creativity and sexual energy. It is also a powerful place of manifestation.

Imbalances: Eating disorders, urinary tract infections, reproductive issues, anxiety, phobias and fevers.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Responsible for our emotions, thoughts and self control.

Imbalances: We may feel low in self-esteem, depressed or anxious. Issues can also occur in the digestive system, liver or kidneys.

Heart Chakra: Responsible for expressing love, compassion and forgiveness.

Imbalances: Feeling disconnected from others, issues with loving others or yourself, lacking empathy, poor circulation, inability to heal and a lack of motivation.

Throat Chakra: Responsible for our self-expression, speech and communication.

Imbalances: Issues with the thyroid, laryngitis, codependency, unable to speak your truth or your thoughts, lack of confidence or difficulties thinking before speaking.

Third Eye Chakra: Responsible for our intuition and the seat of consciousness, the pineal gland.

Imbalances: Issues with connecting to your intuition, lack of imagination, weakness in the ears or eyes, headaches, migraines, insomnia, night terrors or nightmares.

Crown Chakra: Responsible for connecting us to Universal or Source Energy. It is also responsible for wisdom and enlightenment.

Imbalances: Feeling disconnected spiritually or out of touch with your divinity, lack of direction or purpose, depression or nervous system disorders, migraines, ADD, learning difficulties and mental illnesses.

Spiritual Guidance & Mediumship

I have had the gift of mediumship my entire life. As a medium, I have the ability to connect with loved ones who have crossed over. Often, these spirits have important messages for us in the physical realm. A medium must be able to raise her vibration, while spirit must lower their vibration - meeting in the middle, allowing for communication to occur. I am blessed to be clairaudient, clairsentient, clairvoyant, and claircognizant; meaning I can hear, see, feel, and intuitively know messages from spirit. I use this gift in my sessions with clients to offer guidance. 
As an intuitive counselor, I work closely with my spirit guides, my clients' spirit guides, and the angels to channel and deliver messages. I am also extremely sensitive to animal energies and thus work a lot with animal spirit guides and totems. Additionally, I am an empath which allows me to feel the emotions of others, making me a more effective healer.
